Ultrafine & Superwhite calcined Kaolin
Ultrafine particle size with controlled distribution, very low residue on 325 mesh and low abrasion. High brightness and good light scattering performance, well-crystallized pseudo-hexagonal kaolinite platelets in a laminar structure, high covering capacity. Excellent extander for titanium dioxide.
The paints including MXK101A used as pigment and filler have better water-keeping capacity, better rheology, lower viscosity and higher solid slurries. Improve paper performance characteristics, such as brightness, smoothness, opacity, ink receptivity, coverage and printability, impart gloss and print gloss. The products have both advantages of soft kaolin and calcined kaolin.
The paints including MXK101B used as pigment and filler have better water-keeping capacity, better rheology, and lower viscosity , especially in improving brightness and ink receptivity.
Widely used in the manufacture of coated manila, ivory board, light weight-coating paper, and case coated board and art paper.
